A note from Mina
“I wrote this so you could stop pausing my videos with wet hands.”

On the channel I explain what Korean women really do at home for their skin and their bodies after 40. The questions under every video were the same: how much, in what order, and how often?

So this book has all of it in one place. The hygiene routine, the double cleanse, the layered toner, the weekly Italy towel scrub, the scalp care Seoul is obsessed with, and honest answers about which popular tricks don't hold up.

It is not about owning more products. It is about gentle hands, the right order, water first and oil last, and sunscreen every morning.

You were toldLeave a sheet mask on until it's dry
The Damp Sheet MaskTake it off while it is still damp, then press the leftover essence into the face and neck with warm palms.
You were toldSunscreen is for summer and beach days
How Much Sunscreen, ReallyEvery morning, all year, two finger-lengths for the face and the same again for the neck.

Chapter 3 · Layering water

The Layered Toner

Three thin layers of water for skin that looks rested, not shiny

You need

  • A hydrating toner with no alcohol and no fragrance
  • Clean, warm palms
  • Your usual moisturizer

Do this

  1. After cleansing, pat your face almost dry. Leave it a little damp.
  2. Pour about ½ teaspoon (2–3 ml) of toner into one palm and warm it between both hands.
  3. Press your palms onto your cheeks, forehead, chin and neck. Hold each spot for three seconds.
  4. Wait about 30 seconds, until your skin no longer feels wet.
  5. Repeat twice more, for three thin layers.
  6. Seal it in with moisturizer within one minute.

Mina's detail

One big splash mostly runs off. Three thin layers, pressed in and given a moment each, stay where you put them.

Careful

Patch test any new toner on your inner forearm for 24 hours. Skip this ritual on broken or irritated skin.

Questions

Before you order

What exactly do I get?

A PDF ebook with 100 rituals in 10 chapters, Mina's shelf of 12 bathroom essentials, six plans and a glossary of Korean beauty words. You download it right after checkout, and every future update is free.

Is this a physical book?

No. It is a digital PDF for your phone, tablet or computer. Print any page you want to keep by the mirror.

Do I need to buy Korean products?

No. Most rituals use a plain toner, a gentle cleanser, sunscreen, a soft cloth and things from your kitchen. Where a product helps, the book tells you what to look for on the label, never a brand.

I have sensitive skin. Is this for me?

Every ritual starts with a 24-hour patch test and has a "Careful" note. Begin with one new ritual at a time, and skip anything your skin doesn't like.

Who is Mina?

Mina is the AI-generated presenter of the YouTube channel Korean Skincare with Mina. The rituals are researched from Korean skincare practice and published sources, and every one carries a patch-test and safety note.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is beauty and care information. For any skin condition, please see a dermatologist.

What if the book isn't right for me?

Reply to your download email within 7 days and we'll refund you in full.
